All entries are to be made on the official entry form and payment must be included with all entries.
A separate entry form must be completed for each event entered. (Please photocopy your additional requirements).

Entry Fee will not be deemed accepted until clearance of cheques. Cheques for entry fees are to be made payable to ‘Ski Racing Queensland Events Account.’

SRA Competition Fee of $25 per boat (at present) is payable and will be collected from boat owners at briefing.
Presentation Presentation for the Qld Titles and the 2007/2008 Qld series will be held on the Sunday night further details of the venue will be released closer to the event. Dinner will be available at a cost of approx $25 per person.
Catering The Southhampton Bush Fire Brigade will be selling breakfast and lunch on both days.
Boat Numbers Boats may use their regular race number as per their entry form. If duplications occur, one of the boats will be asked to display an alternate number which will be determined after entries have closed. If this occurs, then the Boat Owner will be notified of his boat’s alternate number by email or fax.
Please ensure you stipulate your regular race number on entry form or you will be allocated a number.
Program Of Events The program of events will be determined after entries have closed. Some races will be combined depending on the number of entries received. Boat owners will be emailed a copy of the final order of events as soon as the draw has been completed. Please ensure you include your email address (or fax number) if you are a boat owner.
Compulsory Briefing Briefing for both Speed and Marathon events will be held at Grafton on both Saturday and Sunday commencing 7.30am each day at official enclosure at race site.
All Drivers,and Observers who are competing at these Championships MUST attend this briefing session. A Briefing Sheet will be available for all Drivers and Observers who attend this briefing. Drivers and Observers must sign for this Briefing Sheet.
If you cannot attend this session, you will need to be briefed individually in the official enclosure at the convenience of officials on duty. You will not be allowed to compete at these Championships unless you have been briefed and signed for a Briefing Sheet.
Start Time 8.30am each day.
Scrutineering Proof of your current safety scrutineering certificate will be acceptable and should be sent with your entries. Please ensure you complete the Safety Scrutineering Guide Sheet for your own safety prior to the event. This completed Guide Sheet must be handed in at the Briefing. Note: Spot safety checks will be carried out during the weekend.
Drugs/Alcohol Competitors are reminded that random testing will be carried out throughout the championships. |
